2025-2026 Leadership Program Now Open For Applications
We are happy to announce that we are currently accepting applications for the 2025-2026 cohort of the Catholic Women Leadership Program.

This Program provides an excellent opportunity for Canadian Catholic women from all walks of life, who are committed to making a difference in society, by developing their leadership skills.

Applications for the following year will open in Fall of 2025.

Our Program
The Catholic Women’s Leadership Foundation, in partnership with the Providence School of Transformative Leadership and Spirituality at Saint Paul University in Ottawa, has developed a yearlong leadership certificate program to help Catholic women strengthen their leadership skills in an environment which integrates faith and spirituality.
Our Way Forward
With a new strategic plan under development, the Foundation is looking forward through collaboration, education, and supportive networks enabling an influential voice for Catholic women in Canada.
Program Reviews
The Catholic Women's Leadership Foundation Program affirmed and encouraged me as a woman of faith in the church today. The diversity of ages, careers, orientation in our church commitments, and physical location in Canada, provided a rich opportunity for growth together. At the end of the year, I feel deeply grateful, somewhat wiser, and more excited for and aware of emerging possibilities. Thank you to the fantastic lead facilitators and the support of the CWL Foundation for this deeply enriching opportunity that indeed offers a transformative way of being in the world.
